GRAPE VARIETIES: Croatina
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes, maceration on the skins and fermentation for 15 days, after racking it rests in tanks until the spring months and then re-fermentation in autoclave and bottling.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Deep ruby red in colour, it presents a fine mousse, with hints of cherry and blackberry on the nose and a soft, velvety taste in the mouth.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12,5 % vol.
PAIRINGS: Ideal with typical salami of Oltrepo Pavese and with first and second courses of meat.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15 – 17 °C
STORAGE: In a cool and dry place.
FORMAT: 0,75 l
