TYPOLOGY: Pink wine
VINIFICATION: Produced from selected grapes inour vineyards, maceration on the skins lasts only afew hours and gives this wine its typical pink colour.It rests in stainless steel tanks until spring when it is bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Pleasantly dry, fine and persistent flavour.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 11,5 % vol.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Accompanies all dishes with ease, also suitable as an aperitif.
