TYPOLOGY: Red wine
GRAPE VARIETIES: Croatina
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes, maceration on the skins and fermentation for 10 days, racking and filtration in the following months then resting in tanks until the spring months and bottling.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Clear wine with ruby red reflections. Aromas of cherries and red fruits, dry flavour and strong taste, quite balanced and harmonic wine.
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12 % vol.
PAIRINGS: Ideal with typical cold cuts of the Oltrepo Pavese area and with first and second courses of meat.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14 – 16 °C
STORAGE: In a cool and dry place.
